Frequently asked Questions.

What may virtual staging change — and what may it not?
Furnishing, decor and lighting may be changed. The substance and layout may not: walls, windows, room dimensions — and defects must never be concealed. We restyle the furnishing only. Label furnished shots as virtually staged in your listing; the notice ships with the file. This is not legal advice — ask your solicitor if in doubt.
How long does one photo styling take?
About 60 seconds per property: we classify each room and stylize in 2K. A full listing of 10 photos is done in a few minutes.
How long does it take to create a property video?
90 to 180 seconds for a 10-photo property in the standard style. Premium clips with Kling Pro take a bit longer. You get an email notification as soon as the video is ready.
Which interior styles are available?
Interior styles: Scandinavian, Modern Minimalist, Luxurious, Industrial, Cozy, Japandi, Bauhaus and Country House. Plus Decluttered (an occupied flat tidied, furniture stays), Empty (furniture removed, for new-build listings), Enhanced (light, sharpness and colour only) and Unchanged (original photos).
Do I own the rights to the images and videos?
Yes. Every photo and video you create with Exposéfy comes with a commercial licence. You may use them on any portal, in social media and in print. Furnished shots must be labelled as virtually staged in the listing — the notice ships with the file.
How do I publish the video on ImmoScout24, Immowelt or onOffice?
You download the finished video as an MP4 file and upload it anywhere you list. Direct 1-click integrations with portals and CRMs are on the roadmap.
What video lengths and formats are available?
Standard 5-second clips. 6 to 15 clips per video, so 30 to 90 seconds total. Three formats included: 16:9 (YouTube/web), 9:16 (Reels/TikTok), and 1:1 (Instagram feed).
Where is my data stored?
Your photos and customer data are stored on servers in Germany. For AI processing we use specialised services, some outside the EU; the privacy policy lists them. You can delete your account at any time — it stays deactivated for 30 days, then the data is deleted or anonymised.
Is there a subscription?
No. You top up credits and pay only for what you create: no monthly fee, no term, nothing to cancel. Credits don't expire.
