Topping up

Welcome credit
On your first top-up of €50 or more we add 50 % in credits, up to 100.
Valid until December 31, 2026.
So €50 becomes 80 credits.
- Pay by card via Stripe. The credits are on your account as soon as the payment goes through.
- An account holds up to 3,000 credits.
- Offered exclusively to businesses (§ 14 BGB). All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.

How do I start?
Create an account, no credit card needed. When you want to style your first photo or make your first video, top up credits. You see what a step costs before you start it.
Is there a subscription or a minimum term?
No. You only pay when you top up. There is no monthly fee, no term and nothing to cancel.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them, including the ones added by the volume bonus and the welcome credit. If you close your account, we refund the unused part of your paid top-ups on request.
What does a video cost?
A video is made of 5-second clips, usually 6 to 15. You pay per clip, by resolution. Editing, the three formats and the download cost nothing extra; the example above works through a whole property.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices are net plus 19 % VAT, because Exposéfy is offered to businesses only. Example: a €100 top-up costs €119 gross.
Do I get ownership rights to the videos?
Yes. You retain 100 % of commercial usage rights to all created videos and images. We never use your material for training or marketing.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany. For AI processing we use specialised services, some outside the EU. The privacy policy lists which. AI-edited images carry a visible label under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.
